Championship is shown live in the UK and throughout Asia as well
as delayed in many other parts of the world.
Sky Sports and ESPN
Star each provide 63 hours of live coverage with Sky Sports reaching
around seven million subscribers in thr UK and ESPN Star broadcasting
to over 220 million subscribers in 60 countries.
18 hours delayed
coverage is taken by UPC in Hungary (two million subscribers), SportsNet
in Canada (over eight million subscribers), Fox Sports in Australia
(over one million subscribers), DSF in Germany and Sports-i in Japan
(over three million subscribers).

UK's premier dedicated sports channel and their commitment to Pool
is shown again in 2002 with live coverage of each day of the World
Pool Championship.
Fronted
by Dave Clark (pictured right), a www.worldpoolchampionship.com
guest columnist, and with expert summary from six-times world snooker
champion Steve Davis amongst others, Sky Sports' coverage is once
again setting the pace for others to follow.
With fifteen cameras
covering the TV Table, including overhead and pocket cameras, viewers
