Helena Takes The Top Prize

Swede Helena Nyberg (right) has won a Predator BK Break Cue, signed by World Champion Earl Strickland, after weighing in with 20 points in our 'Pick the Cardiff Winners' competition.

Readers of worldpoolchampionship.com were asked to select eight players who they thought would do well in Cardiff. The winner took eight points, the runner-up six, the beaten semi-finalists four points and the last eight two points.

Six people from the two hundred-plus entries scored twenty points but Helena, from Stockholm, grabs the top prize as she was the only entrant to include a last 16 finisher in her selection which was:
